I Built A 60"x24"x18 Cage Split Into 3 20"x24"18" Cages. How Many Coturnix Should I Keep In Each Cage And At What Ratio For Good Fertile Eggs.

I have my birds in around 1 sq ft. per bird.. Actually mine have more room than that. There's around 7 birds in a 12 sq ft cage. So not sure of the math on that. I had mine 1 bird per sq. ft and it just seemed they were too crowded.

1 sq. ft. is recommended per bird for coturnix but you can get by with .75 or even .5 sq. ft. per bird depending on how big your cage is. In your case I would have 4 or 5 birds top in each, 1 male with 3-4 females.
