?How many roos????Now with more photos!!

I think the "autralorp" is a hen, but its legs are the wrong color for australorps. The BLW I think you are right on the gender, but they look more like a columbian wyandotte. The unknown black bird with black legs is either a australorp or jersey giant. You should be able to determine the breed by looking at the color on the bottom of its feet. The pad on the lorps will be pinkish white and giants will be yellow. Hope this helps.

You said they are 8 weeks old? My 11 weeks old don't have any combs or wattles that red or big yet. I would say if they have those larger combs that are red...roos...

They are something like 8 1/2 weeks (they will be 9 this weekend).

It has been reported to me that there was a first cock-a-doodle-doo this morning 3x in a row!

Went out and checked foot pads on the black chickens. The one that is a suspect roo has yellow bottoms of his feet, and the one with the black legs has yellowish-black bottoms of the feet.

The White one with the green legs is getting to be bigger than the rest of the birds too.

Can anyone identify the big white one? We have been guessing EE since it has the green legs but I am not sure (also do not know if it is a roo or not).

That first pic looks like a blue Ameraucana instead of an EE and the other blue looks like a splash Ameraucana...Both look girly right now to me, but am iffy on the Splash. Chipmunk (EE) can't tell gender. The black roo in the other pics isn't an Australorp(they have black legs).
If the BLWs are Wyandottes they aren't laced they are columbian aand by feathers they look girly to me but not too sure.

Can't tell sex on the rest

That would be my guess.

BTW Rocky is showing a nice blue color, but who knows what color genes are hiding under that blue. If it don't breed true it's still a EE. I think it's a hen too.

Smokey looks like a really faded blue color, Splash don't have the dark lacing that blue does.

I think I'll agree that the Wyandottes look to be Columbian, but I think they are the SLW variety and not the BLW (my mistake). Since they are not from a breeder they are not 'standard' with their coloring.

The white unknown 'Amy' is now getting butterscotch colored feathers splashed in with the whites along her back. It is still quite a big bird, a little bit bigger than the others....
