Silver Sebright Rooster?

If she were a cockerel she'd have a large comb and wattle earlier than 15 weeks. Also, keep in mind both pullets may pink up and get wattles as they get closer to laying.
That makes sense!! I thought she was a late bloomer! But seeing how bright red and big the battles are in the photo below makes it VERY clear!!

Same as what the others said. Plus, she has nice rounded hackle and saddle feathers. A male would have pointy feathers in that area by 15 weeks.
Sebrights are "hen feathered" means the males and females feathering is the same.
Males shouldn't get pointed hackles or saddle feathers.
