I was hoping it was a faster developing hen....or a slower one. agghhh.

I'm still sticking with my first guess. Just a faster developing pullet. 2 pullets, 1 roo.

I say he is a roo. Looks like pointy saddle feathers are coming in.

its just surprising to me since the other definate roo has had all that combs and wattles and feathering for some time now, it just seems that he couldnt be THAT much older

Two roos and a hen. That last pic did it for me. See how the two males have pointed hackle feathers, while the hens are rounded?
My second roo developed much slower than the alpha roo.

Unfortunately, I agree.

2 roos. Your pics are killing me because they are about the same age my BO would be if the neighbor's dog hadn't decided to break in.
