how many roosters with hens?

Nah, I don't think so. Unless it takes longer than 4 months. Wild birds survive, and other wild animals. They are pretty good at fending for themselves.
They may starve once winter arrives. Here they probably wouldn't make it through December.

I really not sure what to do i have even considered starting fresh with new chickens like silkies, but i love my easter eggers I won them at the oction from a friend that past away.

How big is your coop in feet by feet? Really, you don't want to overcrowd them because that can lead to other problems like feather earring, vent pecking and even cannibalism.
raised 2feet, bottom floor is 3feet by 3feet,loft 18in by 36 inchs. Ill post a picture in a minute they also have roost coming off the loft to sleep on

My dad actually built it for my chicken,so all the credits go to him.

That's small if they have to be inside at all on cold winter day's. By suggested size your coop can house 2-3 at the most. I wouldn't go more then 5 in a coop that size in my area in California

There is no way you can keep 25 birds in that size setup without problems of some sort. MINIMUM recommendations are 4 square feet per bird for coop space, and 10 for run space. Right now at 3x3 ft., you have room for two birds. Suggested roost space is 1' per bird. You would need 25' of board length to have 25 chickens in a coop that size. Also, keeping two roosters with hens can require even more space so the two flocks can go their separate ways. Keeping them in too close quarters could cause fighting - possibly to the death.
