How many roosters

Any idea what breed this guy is, he's smaller than all the others and I'm gonna hate finding him a new home but I'm prohibited from keeping roosters.

I'm not sure, he's get a silver duckwing feather type, so I though Old English, but he has the wrong leg color.

Either midnight's not a black sex link/star or he's a pullet. Black sex link cockerels are barred, not solid-ishblack. Do you have any other black birds from the order?

on the third bird, if the tail feathers were longer I'd think Silver Phoenix.

This is Alvin, pretty sure she's a whiting true blue or an EE/mcmurray Americauna. She has a beard and black/yellow feet
