How many thermometers?

So how many thermometers/hygrometers are in YOUR bator? I was doing pretty well with temps but yesterday they started going all over the place, so I bought a third therometer. Today the two hygrometers were wildly different and none if the thermometers agreed, so I bought a fourth. Unfortunately, it seems to confirm the higher temp readings from another thermometer and now I'm afraid I'm cooking eggs instead of hatching. Ugh!

In my LG I usually have three and one is a hygrometer/thermometer. I don't worry about the humidity as much as the temperature until lockdown.

my homemade incubator has two of the same thermometer/hygrometer combination from taylor and then a digital thermometer hygrometer from taylor, they all seem to keep things in relative balance

oh and the digital has a probe as well that i put inside a water wiggler i made from platic baggies and water
