how many times should i turn my quail eggs

hi im just about to set some quail im my incubator but the auto turns broke so im going to turn by hand how offtern should i turn them i work stupid shifts being a chef so trying to work out a turning rota i was going to turn 3 times a day how many hours betwen each turn should it be for example would 6am 1pm and 10 pm be ok

Yes that will be fine as long as you don't leave them any longer than about 12 hours between turns
