How many toes?

So a couple weeks ago I got some buff Brahmas from a hatchery. I had been been handling them when I noticed they have five toes instead of four. The fifth row has bones and a joint and everything. I have never owned any buff Brahmas, so I was wondering if this was normal.

Brahmas are supposed to have 4 toes. My guess is that they are not pure brahmas, but were mixed with a breed that has 5 toes.
