How many years will I get eggs?

Great info, thanks everyone! I'll probably continue to use the suppliment light until it warms up to keep them cozy, I live in Maine and this is one of the coldest winters we've had in years. Luckily we may get an early Spring! I have three hens currently, when the last hen no longer lays I'll raise 2 new chicks get eggs from them, and continue the cycle on. I pesonally couldnt cull or eat my hens lol so the non layers will just be pets at that point
