hi ive just started using apple cider vinigar on the container it says give 20ml per litre this smells a bit strong on site people seem to be using far less any help would be great

I add 3-4 tablespoons to a gallon water. Give it for 1 week, then clean water for 3 weeks, ACV water for 1 week and so on.
