How much apple cider vinegar??

Hello all I have been reading a ton on acv and it sounds like we all should be drinking it, but my question is how much do you put in there water? Like 1/4 cup to a gallon 2 tlbs??Also should you start with a small amount and work up to a larger amount? Also if you do use acv have you seen things change in your birds? or yourself if you drink it??

There are other brands, but they should all have the mother. Use the SEARCH function (type: acv) and get the whole lowdown (just remember to use PLASTIC/CERAMIC waterers ONLY! Acid etches away most metal waterers).

My mom used to make us drink 1T in our apple juice when we felt a cold coming on. It helped kick the cold real fast! We just choked it down, though!!
