How much are eggs near you??

I recently raised my fee from $3.00 a dozen to $4.00 a dozen.
Reason:
I feed Purina Layena +Omega, plus fresh veggies and fruits and all the other things they require.
I pack them and deliver them to my customers that I work with.
I also provide a picture with the name of each girl that lays the eggs. More of a personal touch.
They say they have no problem paying 4 bucks because they look and taste so good. They even send me pictures of their food they use them for.
So, there you go!

Those are some gorgeous eggs!

They’re really cheap where I live, every now and then one of our local grocery stores gives them away to get folks into the store. That’s not too often though and even though they’re cheap as dirt right now I prefer to get them from my hens. Who knows what disaster will blow up the supply chain again this year or next? All I know is that I’ll never have to worry about it. My neighbors all thought I was crazy for having chickens until COVID last year. Once the shortages hit, 2 of them were at my door asking about how to keep chickens and both of them have some now.
