How much bleach to how much water?

I want to disinfect all my old chick waterers and feeders for the new crew of chicks I'm getting. They are all made of plastic.
I have a five gallon bucket I intend to put them in with some bleach and water and let them soak a little.
How much bleach should I add to how much water?

If you are soaking a tablespoon or so to five gallons should be good.

To truly disinfect: looking at the Raising Chickens for Dummies book, they recommend 1 part bleach to 3 parts water. Other books say 1 part bleach to 4 parts water. Whichever way you use, be sure to rinse well, and dry in the sun if possible, but make sure if you are cleaning the feed containers, that they are completely dry before adding feed.
