How much do these things eat?

I have 23 chicks, three weeks old, LF salmon faverolles. These little guys eat like food is going out of style. I'm thrilled that they're thriving and growing, so it's not a complaint. But I'm trying to forecast how much food I need to buy from my co-op this month (it can only be ordered monthly). In the first two weeks of life, the chicks consumed about 5 gallons of feed. In the third week, they consumed 4 gallons of feed. Will their consumption continue to increase by approximately 1.6 times each week? Fourth week 6.4 gallons, fifth week 10 gallons, sixth week 16 gallons?!?! :-o Does it level off at some point and if so, when?

Yes lol it does. I have three brooders right now and I swear the Quail eat more than my bigger birds do! I think my baby chicks started leveling off around 5-6 weeks.
