How much do you sell your eggs for?

It seems to depend on where you are. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area where regular store-bought eggs run $4 a dozen, so I sell mine for $6 - $8 a dozen.

I get $2/half-dozen ($4/dozen) each week. My next door neighbor offered out of the blue while my three girls were young and I figured it was a great way to pay for their feed. Easy peasy.

I think I’ve settled on $5/dz for my Boston area suburb. Just went to Whole Foods this morning and saw they are charging close to $8/dz for “free range” eggs.

$4, for "organically Raised-free ranged eggs" here in MA.

BUT do NOT put ORGANIC on your eggs UNLESS you are CERT ORGANIC.

It still depends on where you are located, even in MA there is a big range.
I had one guy in my town that I shot an email to when I had extra and I even delivered to him (1 mile away). The carton I used was a bottom tray.

My daughter just gave 6 eggs to her Foods teacher, who may buy. If she does I am not sure what to sell for, probably $4 but I have to check Whole Foods to see what they sell for and price accordingly
