How much feed should I be giving once a day?

I bought a 25lb bag of organic layer feed a month ago.... I only have 2 hens and It's already pretty much gone! Is this normal????? Am I giving them too much? It's only been a little over a month and it's already almost empty! They're laying perfectly fine, they're healthy... am I giving them too much? I also give them food scraps (usually baked egg shells, bread, fruit, weeds ect. ) They also have a portion of the backyard to look around for bugs and all that) They often "kick" out some feed with their beak when they're eating so is that a reason why I'm running low on feed so fast??? I don't think any wild animals got into the feed or anything I keep it in a secure place so...???
How much do you normally give to two laying hens? (They started laying feb)

Mine were kicking it out with their beak I would fill the feeder and in a few days it was almost empty and I only have 3 chickens check and see if their is a lot of feed laying on the ground around the feeder I modified their feeder and it's helped with the waste

they should be eating 4 oz a day per hen depending on size maybe a lil more or little less but that's the avg
