I have 30 meat birds that are 4 weeks old, they are confined so they only get their feed and water and fresh straw daily for bedding, my question is how much feed do I give them, I don't want to be wasting feed, and yet I want to get the most out of my birds, I am looking to butcher them in 4 weeks.

Have feed available at all times.

I would feed them straigh feed for 12 hours (all they can eat) and then let them rest for 12 hours (no feed... light off)

Go with the natural daylight and you will be fine, but make sure they don't run out of feed during the day.
