How much food per chicken?

If someone posted this, I'm sorry that I missed it.

How much food do you calculate per day per chicken? We're new to chickens (5 @ about 4 weeks old currently). And of course we have our duckling Limon.

We live in Turkey, so sourcing feed isn't as easy. We have to go across town and carry it home. No car.

How much do you plan per laying hen per day? Do you plan the same per rooster?

I don't usually calculate per day. I more do it by the week. I have 20 laying hens, and I go through 40lbs a week. I do ferment some of it so they eat a little less than if I just free feed them.

Wow that sounds like a pain to get feed! The most common thing I see is 1/4-1/3 a pound (around 115-150 grams) per adult bird. Although factors such as breed, time of year, quality of feed, and age can all affect the amount a bird will eat.

Ditto, quarter pound per bird per day for adult hens. Or one eight kilo in your case.
I would ignore the roosters unless you have a lot of them.
