How much Gallimycin to put in 1 gallon of water?

I've been treating my sick chickens with Tylan 50 injections for the past 4 days, and they are improving. However, each day, more hens are getting sick. It's nearly impossible to keep up with who all we've given shots to (so many are now sick and look alike). Since Gallimycin is in the same family of antibiotics, I think it would be easier to put it in all of the waterers and treat them all the same. I have a 250 gram packet, and it says to add 1 package per 130 gallons of water. Can someone do the math for me -- how many teaspoons (or tablespoons) to put in a gallon of water? I want to make sure I get enough to be effective without using too much. Can I also add electrolyes and probios to the water, as well? I thank you all in advance for your help.

Unfortunately, I don't have a scale. I just know the amount of powder in the package should make 130 gallons of water. I guess I could measure out a teaspoon at a time, and see how many teaspoons are in the package. Then, maybe divide it by the number of gallons? Who knows! I'm so NOT a math person!

Maybe this will help. There's 8.8 ounces (a little over a cup) in the packet, and it makes 130 gallons. Still too much math for me!

When I had to treat my flock for infectious coryza, it was a half-teaspoon per gallon of water. I mixed it in a gallon milk jug and poured it directly into the flock's 1-gallon drinking trough. (i.e. it's the actual water they drink, not stock solution).

The measurement is so close to a half teaspoon that I don't think it will hurt if you use an actual half-teaspoonful per gallon of water.

With an antibiotic like Gallimycin you have a little "wiggle room."
