How much longer do you think?

Here is Snow White, she turned 17 weeks on Saturday, her comb has doubled in size in a week, so WL owners - how much longer do you think till my first egg?

Days are not as long, it may take a while before egg laying becomes bounty-full. Usually at about 20 weeks.

I have 6 WL, 3 started at 18 weeks and had large combs that folded over. 1 started at 19 weeks and has a small comb, maybe 1" no fold. Now I have 2 more that are 22 weeks and I have not seen them lay yet. I get 2 to 4 eggs a day from them so I could be wrong and they are all laying just not daily. It took 4 weeks for them to become good size eggs. I love my very LOUD WL!

Is it a Leghorn? Mine started after 20 weeks. I don't know for sure beacuse she is almost 3 now. After starting, she laid for 2 straight years. She finally stopped to molt a couple of months ago.

My other breeds all started somewhere around 24 weeks, give or take 2 weeks.

Yes she's a White Leghorn. So it looks like it could be anywhere from a week to maybe 5 weeks before my 1st egg! Can't wait.
