How much longer for this egg

My chicken sat on this egg for a while but she left it to take care of another chick. Can I go ahead and put it in the incubator without turning it? Also will she accept it if I return it to her?

Was this egg added after she started? It looks as if it might be a week before this egg hatches. It is not likely for her to take the chick after she has left the nest.
