This is Ethel, she is approx 6-7 weeks old. Wondering if anyone has an idea when she will be fully feathered and ready to go out at night. Thanks!!

I put my chicks outside at 4 weeks and they have done very well. I kept I light on them for a few weeks, but at around 6 weeks they weren't even sleeping under the light and so I turned it off, and they have done great!

I am not an expert but she looks good to me.
what is the temp like outside right now?
At 6 to 7 weeks they should be able to handle temperatures under 70 degrees so as long as it isn't super cold or wet they should be able to go outside during the day and maybe have a heat light at night if you think it's going to be cold enough.
