I have 11 Bantams (1 is a roo and 2 are broody) I just feel like i am feeding them a huge amount of scratch. I know i am supposed to give them more during the winter but how much is ok? I dont want to give them too much! How much does everyone else give them?

I throw out about 4 handfuls at night just before they go to roost. (16 chooks)
If it's cold in the AM and they are going out into the enclosed run, AND I feel I have not provided enough AM treats I'll throw out some with their BOSS.

I have 5 EEs and I give them 3 handsful of scratch, 1 of sunflower hearts and 3 of mealworms in the morning and a couple of scratch, 1 sunflower and 1 mealworm at night. I figure the protein and fat in the mealworms and sunflower balance out the scratch carbs, or at least I hope so. I don't know tho, they're probably spoiled.
