How much should I let them eat?

My New Hampshire red pullets (25 of them) are going thru 2 2cup scoops of food a day (at least, I think yesterday they had 3). Should I just feed them whenever they're out? Or am I going to over feed them? My thinking was they're babies, let them eat what they want but I didn't know for sure.

Ideas?

I think you'll find most provide food free choice 24/7. They know what they need and when.

Unless they are meat birds, they will not overeat.

Leave food out for them all the time.
