I think I would search the farm section of craigslist. Call on some of the old adds and see if they sold. Some people are asking huge prices but it doesn't mean they sold them for that. In my area they list very high.

I know My electric bill more than doubles when I am brooding poults. It would be nice to make a profit but if you are honest with all the expense there is no profit. You sell them to get them off the feed bill. Your profit is the enjoyment you get.

Yep! Then we forget and do it all over again. We even figure out how to have more turkey poults next time. It's crazy.​

I just looked at a few hatchery sites and I'm seeing day old turkeys being advertised for $7.65 up to $9.00, so $15.00 is a steal.

$15.00 is a steal. The problem is, depending on what part of the country you're in, you may not get that. But, I'd eat them before I'd take less.
