How much should pea chicks cost

Ok what are eggs and is it best to order chicks or eggs
I know how to incubate pretty darn good and i went with chicks cause that is a sure thing, knowing what i know now i would have have been ok with eggs but i wanted a sure thing after wairing over 35 years to get peas.

My peas, ducks, guineas, geese and chickens all go their own way during the daytime at night they all come up and roost in the safe areas together.

Peas can hear each others calls from very far away,( so can neighbors

). If you have other peas anywhere within hearing range your free ranging peas will try to find them.

Ok the nearest peas are at least 15 miles away next to the river so I should be good btw how do I present myself I'm thinking about asking soon

I am not entirely sure how the other poster meant the comment on presenting yourself. I can say personally that I care about my Peas and want good homes for them. If I meet someone who I think will also care about the birds and give them a good life, I am more apt to be flexible on what I charge for my birds, chicks and even eggs. Last year I had a couple buy some eggs and they all quit during incubation, I really liked these folks so I went over temps & humidity w/ them again and gave them some free eggs, these also failed to hatch so I then sold them some chicks at a discount. Apparently I really liked those folks, now that I think about it.

On the other hand if the buyer is very unemotional ( "a bird is a bird") and matter of fact, I am as well and I stick to my guns as far as price. These are the folks who are getting the Peas because it is a status symbol or a way to make money, and when they realize they are a lot of work and will not make you rich they will resell, usually for far more than I charged. I have no idea how they would do with pheasants, but I think as Zaz points out they will probably keep to themselves.

With my chickens they have their own types and personality a I hold them and talk to them and some people think I'm crazy so I would give them a good home so I feel confident thanks :)
