How much space for mountain quail...

Hello,
I couldn't really tell you why but I've always been fascinated by mountain quail! They are absolutely gorgeous birds!! I've never owed these kind of birds before but would like to by the end of this summer. I have an old rabbit cage that is sectioned off in two 3x3 sections would one of these 3x3 sections be enough room for a pair of these beautiful birds or is that to small?

should do fine. But, more is always better. Season his here so if you want them to brood own eggs...more space will give you the best chance of her going broody.

Be sure to pressure wash that rabbit cage good.Mountain quail are a little touchy.And gorgeous.
