how much to feed 120 chickens

i have 120 full grown hens and 6 roosters. How many lbs of pellets should I feed per day

1/4 of a pound per day, that means each hen will need 1.5 pounds per week, 31.5 pounds of pellets per day for every chicken including the roosters

The numbers in the first response are solid...you may be able to lower the total slightly if they have access to good free range.

I'd offer what is suggested above, and see what's left at the end of the day.

Yeah, quarter pound per day, ignore the roosters. So 30 pounds a day with 120 birds. More than that, you are feeding rats or wild birds.
