How much ventilation does a small coop need?

There's no way I'd try to get 10 birds in that little Chickasaw 'coop'.. if it rarely gets below freezing, they will be way too hot in there and start fighting each other.
My 10 chickens all grew up together and they fight s little bit in their 6x8 coop

I ended up attaching a 4X6 space to it so the total is 4x10 for 9-10 chickens.
