How much water should my injured Rooster be getting.

He can't eat or drink on his own right now, I have been feeding him vitamin/electrolyte powder in water and baby bird food with syringes... how much should he be getting every day until he is strong enough to do it on his own?
 
Make sure he has plenty of fresh water, especially if he is losing alot of it or can't drink on is own.
