Chickens have no absolute value. Their value is determined by agreement between buyer & seller. If you buy her she is, by definition, worth $25.
I have paid much more than that for chickens [don't tell my wife]. I have seen chickens at a local auction go for 10 cents each & I thought that was too much.
No one can tell you in certain terms what she's worth. If it sounds like too much for you then it is.

Easter Eggers are a mix that sometimes have the gene for laying blue shelled eggs. Depending on the other egg colour genes present, the bird may lay various shades of green. Green eggs are created by a bird who's eggshells are blue and are covered with a thin layer of brown coating (which is how brown eggs are formed on white eggshells). There is no physical standard for EEs--they can occur with any body type, have muffs & beard or not, usually, but not always have a tail, can occur with any colour or pattern in their plumage. Each hen will only lay one colour of egg (although throughout each laying season it will lighten as the season wears on); however every hen in a flock of EEs may lay a different coloured egg, varying through various hues of blue through green through brown. Theoretically they could lay white eggs, too.

A few years ago a pet quality silkie sold on eggbid for 4 figures! I understand that the seller later reduced that price significantly, but three figures is still too much for a bird I thought worth about $10.
