How noisy are quail?

paved road here, told her we were going to get a piglet this friday...today she says "really?", but thursday night, she will be asking "are we going tomorrow?".

LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one! I think they are nifty little birds...and sure you can eat them and their eggs. I live in the south...hunting, pickled quail eggs....it just seems like a natural thing! There's a little French restaurant up the road...maybe they would want some eggs...from what I hear they are the type of place that only serves miniature meals for major prices....so when you leave you have to stop by McDonald's on the way home to get your tummy filled. Then there's the poop! Who doesn't love poop for their garden? LOL
