How often can they go broody? Bantie Hen....

I have a bantam polish cross.
Her current babies were born on June 20th, she laid a good 7 or 8 eggs, and is now sitting on them. I gave her a couple more eggs to see if she was broody or not and she rolled them under her. She's probably on day 3 of not leaving the nest...
Is this normal? Her last babies were so cute, I don't mind, and the 3 or 4 not bantam eggs shes got, if fertile, are from a black mom & big white dad.. so they'll be cute.. but less than 8 weeks between hatch and going broody?

This is her current "Family"
The rooster has a comb that looks like purple brains. (rose comb?)
and 2/4 babies have tufts on their heads

Two of her kids have tufts, so I assume part polish
