To make you feel better, we jut bought 6 hens and 1 roo a wek ago, and we have 2 hens laying. every other day. So we get an egg a day. I am waiting for the others to start. As a footnote we had a rabbit in there with them and the roo wanted to herd her as well and when she didn't cooerperate he beat her up. Now they are seperated and hens seem way happier. Maybe we will gt more eggs!
