I at least brush my teeth in the morning. I try to do it before bed but that doesn't always happen.

Yeah they "Borrow it" and I never see it again.
It's an electric one and they put there brush head on it because they never charge there's.

Morning, evening, and after meals. I floss regularly too. And I replace my toothbrush every month. It takes about 15 minutes a day total. Time well spent.
And if you all want to keep your teeth as long as I've had mine, develop some good habits now.
