how often do you clean out the coop?

Twice a year - May and October. Deep litter on a plywood floor here.

thanks so much for the feedback..i have a cement floor in the coop and use the shavings...i change most of it out about every 3-4 weeks...sometimes it needs more than others and sometimes just some spot cleaning
