How often do you Wash yourself?

maybe that's why you have a "dingle," dingleberry...I mean, dinglebay?

Can you imagine what it would be like to be an OTR team driver with someone that didn't cotton much to bathing. Those guys sack out while the other one drives. Use the same bed in the sleeper.

I shower every morning, and sometimes take one at night as well. Handwashing after bathroom, handling animals or raw meat, and I use hand-sanitizer a LOT as I drive a school bus! I carry lotion around with me as my hands feel so dry from all the washing, and I have eczema. There is a lady at work who I think may only shower once or twice a week, and you can always tell if she was in the bathroom before you. I guess she thinks that loading on the perfume gets rid of BO or covers it up---- - it doesn't, it only makes it harder to breathe as I have asthma.

I used to work with a woman who stank to high heaven! You could smell her before you could see her, coming around a corner or walking up behind you. Usually from 30 feet away! She also didn't understand personal space boundaries. If you took a step backwards to get away, she would just advance a step! To make matters worse, there were areas in the store where you could get trapped if you weren't careful. It was a pet store and I worked in the fish department, which had narrow aisles which dead ended. Worst thing in the world was when she would corner you down one of them!

Eventually, the store owner had to have a talk with her about her personal hygiene. It was embarrassing for the owner and Lady Stink was highly offended, but what else was there to do?

A few weeks later she handed in her notice, saying she and her family were going to be moving and staying with relatives down south. I couldn't help but wonder if the relatives down south knew what was heading their way and how much worse she was liable to smell in the heat!

The thing is... she didn't think she smelled at all! I guess the nose can only take in so much stimulation before it shuts down. Same reason why if you're sniffing scented candles in a store, eventually you can't discern one from another: olfactory overload. So if you don't bathe often, but think you don't smell, you might want to ask someone you trust who doesn't live with you. Ask them to be blunt and honest. You might be doing yourself, and everyone else a HUGE favor.

Whenever I think my breath might be bad I breathe on DW. If she gags I know the answer.

When I was a kid my best friend got pit hair before the rest of us. He would come to see me and my father would come home a couple hours later and get disgusted at the smell he left in the house. I never told John about it, but he did figure it out. I hope his parents told him. I know deodorant isn't real good for your pores, but in our society that smell is not acceptable. Some places it is just normal and people aren't bothered by it. To me it sticks in my nose and I have to do one of those Nelli rinses to get the smell out.

Farmer Chick. Your post about butt BO was hilarious.

Two showers a day for me, three sometimes in the summer. I can't go to sleep at night unless I'm clean and I like to be clean when I leave for work in the morning.

Not that fussy about the hand washing.

LOL Dunkopf

I did that to hubby one time, and he said, don't bother breathing on me anymore, just go brush your teeth...he said I can't go wrong!

I shower once a day every night before bed... I mean, who wants to go to bed dirty??? I wash my hands more often than normal, for I am not normal.
