How often do your chickens lay?

I have 9 hens but at most get 6 eggs in a day. Just curious if anyone's else's lay sporadically.

I also have 9 hens and get 6-7 eggs per day. However, when it rains they dont lay as much (if any) on those days.

Not all birds lay everyday, in fact most do not, except high production breeds.

How old and what breeds are your hens?

I have an Ancona, a Dixie rainbow or pioneer not sure which she is, and then my mystery breed. Ancona and the other are about 6 months old the others a year. I'll put a picture of my mystery birds.
