I have a almost matured quail, and i try to hold my quail alot to tame them, but i noticed she poops quite a bit. Id say at least every 30 seconds - a minute, and its very watery. Shes also been panting alot, like half open mouth and her neck looks like its vibrating. Is this normal?

No, this absolutly not normal.

Watery poop is not good, but more shocking is the frequency.
The panting is probably exhaution, at this pooping frequency.

Is she eating? Try to give her poppy seed. This should help the watery poop.

The panting with neck vibration sounds like she could be either stressed or hot, the quail equivalent of sweating. Does she poop that frequently only when you're holding her, or also when she is'at rest'? Because frequent watery poop can also be an effect of stress, like a fear response. Or, it could be illness... Is it brown, clear, white, combination? Does she live alone, or do her companions have the same or normal poop?

She poops that frequently constantly, as far as i can tell. None of the quail she is with do it. Ive been holding her since she was a baby and she runs right up to me and sits peacefully in my hand, so i dont think its stress. Her poop browny/white, its also been very hot the past few days.

I'm not suggesting it's necessarily stress from being held--especially if she continues this behavior even when not being held, it could still be stress for other reasons. And of course it could be something else entirely. The panting can also be heat. Can you try some frozen corn in the water, cold cucumber or watermelon, etc. to see if it helps?
