I wrapped leftover wire from doing the house electric into a ball shape for large greens and use bungee cords to securely hang grasses.
On the instant salad bagged greens, I stopped using them because I read that they wash them in some kind of chemical wash when they process them. It sounded bad and no point suffering through a salad when you don't get all the vitamins.
