Line Breeding happens in the animal world. Usually when it comes to birds you don't have to watch as thoroughly when it is brother and sister. You still have the chance of getting mutations but it's like 1 out of 100. So long as you don't use the same male or female through the entire blood line you will be fine hopefully. Line Breeding is bad but brother and sister is safest if that's your only option but preferably keep the blood lines as separate as possible. I know a person that has her peacocks and peahens free range and she doesn't know who's breeding who and she hasn't received any mutation at all. So it's not super dangerous but it still isn't the best. Your male is beautiful! XD
