How old am I? Guesses any one?

So my beautiful rooster was free with my chicks. We know he is a mixed back yard mutt, but very pretty and great with my chicks with no hens in my yard ro tend the babies. Any guesses to his age?

I might not have an accurate guess but i know a ball park age can be gotten by the size of spurs. Could you take a picture of his spurs for us all?

I will try he is booted so might be hard to see them. He is not tame and runs when i try to get close to him.

He looks pretty young to me maybe a year old.

I’m guessing he’s a Cochin mix. He appears to be maybe a year to 2 years old. Once chickens fully mature it’s nearly impossible to determining age.
