I need to know how old these two are so I know when to stop feeding grower and start feeding layer feed (the same feed my other chickens are eating). Also what breeds they are? It’s not that important but the hen (Orange/yellow one) seems to be smaller than usual and fluffier and not growing as fast.

You aren't going to want to feed the Easter Egger cockerel layer feed.
The other looks like a cochin pullet. Hard to determine exact age.

Easter Egger cockerel, and a nice looking one!
And you have one beautiful little Cochin pullet!
Not to mention, that is all we feed our roosters when we don't have cracked corn in stock, they just eat the same feed the hens do (Layer feed).
I switched to layer feed when I started getting eggs.

The cockerel is a Easter Egger and the pullet is some type of bantam cochin. The reason she is smaller is because she is a bantam. Not exactly sure about the age but I would say like around 3-5 months.🤷‍♀️

You only have 1 hen, she looks like a Cochin bantam to me.
The other is an Easter Egger cockerel or rooster, you won't be getting eggs from him. ;)
You can start feeding the hen layer once you see eggs, but if your keeping them together its a better idea to feed flock raiser, or all flock, and have free choice oyster shell in a bowl on the side.
The added calcium isn't great for non-laying birds.

Unless she gets bigger than that, I can guarantee she is a bantam Cochin.
And if the cockerel's spurs are shorter than an inch, he is likely younger than a year.
