HOW OLD ARE DUCKS WHEN THEY START TO LAY?

I have a pekin duck, a mallard duck, and a fawn & white runner duck.
How old will they be when they start to lay?
I got them November 19th and November 26th, 2012

If you got them as ducklings, they are just over two months old, so it will be at least another month or so.

Mine were about 5 months old before they began to lay.

Mine just started laying last week and they are 8 months old. I was kind of surprised to find eggs since it is the middle of winter here and other than their heat light they don't get any artificial lighting

I believe they can start laying around 5 months old if the lighting/season is right.
