How old does an ISA Brown hen have to be to run with roosters?

I have 10 ISA Brown pullets and I have roosters in my flock they are big enough to be with the hens. But can I run them with the roosters?

The pullets are 13 weeks old. I have 2 roosters but they are separated from the hens at the moment because the ISA's are running with my 3 other hens

The pullets have been with the hens. they are in a huge 15x10 enclosure with a coop inside it

They have been together for about 1 month. Yes, I want to join the whole flock back together. One of the roos is 8 months old, and the other is 4 years old

I wouldn't hesitate to add the older male, if he was good with the girls before.
But 2 males could be a real rodeo.

the older rooster is an ISA Brown, and he is quite big is that still okay?
