How old is this silkie?

I can post more pics if required. It's not properly feathered out yet (partial pin feathers).

Also if anyone knows any good sites or book recommendations on this breed I'd appreciate it. ^^

If I had to guess. 12-14 weeks old? only because it is filled out quit a bit except the top notch looks like the adult feathers are coming in

looks like the ones I have that are between 2 and 3 months of age. Mine are a little smaller but feathering looks very similar.
