How old was your Dominque when it started laying and how often a week does she lay?

I have 1 Dominque hen that hasn't started laying yet. She's 21 weeks and I'm very anxious for her to start laying eggs. We have lavender orpington that has already laid two eggs and she's the same age. Our Dominque has the fluffy butt. Any tips or suggestions? Feeding layer crumbles and scratch.
