How Old / What Gender

Hello can anyone tell me what age these silkies are? Also if you can tell me if they are roosters or hens? We got them a month ago from a fair and they don’t seem like they’ve grown too much as we didn’t take pics a month ago. There is a black one and a gray one. I know for sure they had different hatch dates. The black one is slow and shy and the gray one hops and bounces around, is quicker and likes to walk around.

Do you have pictures when you got them? The blue one appears to be a cockerel and other a pullet. I’m going to go out on a limb and say they’re currently around 16 weeks old
