How could an animal sue a person? They can't talk! That just has to be one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard!

The only way I can see an animal suing a human would be in an animals' rights case involving some form of negligence or abuse.

But only under those circumstances, and of course, the law is already involved in those cases.

So if your dog takes you to the cleaner because the HS decides you left him outside too much ... who gets the money? My dog may as well not sue me ... I am not worth the bother
